• Hotels accepts direct Booking.com US property pages and official Booking Share links that resolve to a US property.
• Approved entries may display titles, thumbnails, source information and location context derived from the submitted link or its provider.
• The service may add, change or remove categories, features and providers over time.

You must not misuse the service, interfere with its operation, bypass security or moderation controls, submit unlawful material, impersonate another person, or use automated methods that create excessive requests.

Do not submit private, confidential, misleading, defamatory, infringing, dangerous or malicious content. Locations must be relevant to the submitted public link.

You remain responsible for every link and location you submit and for having the right to share that material. Submitting a link does not transfer ownership of the underlying third-party content.

You allow USAisAmazing.com to store, review, categorize, display and promote the submitted link, location and associated public metadata as reasonably needed to operate the atlas.

Moderation is intentionally light-touch. The main approval criterion is simple: the selected location must genuinely match the submitted material.

The map links to or displays services operated by independent providers, including YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, X, LinkedIn, Open Library, Booking.com, Esri and OpenStreetMap. Their availability, accuracy, content and data practices are controlled by those providers, not USAisAmazing.com.

Hotel titles, descriptions and images are informational previews only. Verify current availability, rates, taxes, cancellation conditions and booking terms directly on Booking.com.

A link, thumbnail, embed or map attribution does not mean USAisAmazing.com endorses the source. Your use of third-party services is subject to their own terms and policies.
